Aug 17–23: pay in pounds and calendar view fixes

New and improved

• You can now pay for Plus and Pro in British pounds, as well as dollars and euros.

Fixed

• All-day events show on the right day in the calendar view, including in the Americas.
• iCal feeds that list you as organizer, like booking systems, now sync their new events, and edited CalDAV events no longer get a second copy.
