Different rules for each calendar, on Pro

One sync, different settings for each calendar. On Pro and Team, every sync has a Calendar exceptions list, so a calendar can differ from the shared default. Colour can also follow the calendar an event came from.

What you can set per calendar

• Title, privacy and real free/busy: show your own calendar the full event and a client's calendar just "Busy".
• Guests, description, location and reminders.
• Colour, including a different colour for each source calendar, so you can see where an event came from.
• Whether the copy is labelled as SYNCDATE's.

What it means for you

• One sync can serve calendars that need different privacy, so you may need fewer syncs.
• Switching between one colour for everyone and colour by source calendar loses nothing. Your choices come back when you switch back.
