Jul 20–26: declined events and sync-window fixes

New and improved

• Events you declined on Google or Outlook no longer sync to your other calendars.
• Setup explains why a calendar can't be picked, and the success screen has one clear next step.

Fixed

• A new sync respects your sync window instead of copying years of old events.
• Copies drop an old description after you turn description copying off, and recurring iCal events from Exchange are no longer deleted and recreated.
• Outlook copies follow your No reminders setting, and new Google Workspace copies no longer get an extra Meet link.
