Jul 6–12: recurring iCal events and calmer setup

New and improved

• Setup warns you when another tool, like Reclaim or OneCal, already mirrors the same calendars. A sync that suddenly creates hundreds of events pauses itself.
• Pick No color and copies keep each calendar's own color, including existing copies.
• Recurring iCal events sync across your whole sync window, including every-other-week and monthly-by-position series.
• Clearer progress and status while a sync runs, and setup blocks a duplicate sync of the same calendars.

Fixed

• Outlook event descriptions copied to Google arrive as plain text, not Word formatting code.
• Large calendars finish their first sync instead of stopping after the first 100 events.
• iCloud calendars fetch all their events, and revoked access prompts you to reconnect.
