Jun 22–28: dark mode and safer sync changes

New and improved

• The dashboard has a dark theme that follows your system setting.
• You can switch an existing sync between two-way and one-way, and see roughly how many events a change would delete first.
• A new option copies the location and meeting link onto synced events. It is off by default.

Fixed

• Deleting a repeating event now counts once, so deletion protection no longer pauses your sync by mistake.
• First syncs to iCloud complete, CalDAV stops retrying a failing write, and events removed from an iCal feed disappear from your copies.
